AutoRota is scheduling, overtime and safety management software for aviation units. These terms apply to everyone who uses it.

Access

Accounts are issued by your organization. You may not create one yourself, share your credentials, or use another person’s account. Access ends when your organization ends it.

What this software is not

AutoRota assists with scheduling and with recording safety and regulatory information. It does not make operational decisions. Risk assessments, currency calculations, weather summaries and regulatory references are aids to a qualified person’s judgment and are not a substitute for it. The pilot in command remains responsible for every decision. Verify anything that matters against the authoritative source.

Accuracy

Much of what AutoRota displays comes from third parties — aviation weather services, notices to air missions, terrain and obstacle data, and regulatory text. These can be unavailable, delayed or wrong. AutoRota makes no warranty as to their accuracy or availability.

Your responsibilities

Availability

AutoRota is provided as-is. It may be unavailable for maintenance or because of a failure at a third-party provider. Do not rely on it as the only means of contacting personnel in an emergency.

Changes

These terms may change. Material changes affecting text messaging will be notified in the application before taking effect.
